Nilüfer is an Senior Associate in Cavus & Coskunsu Law firm. She has been practicing in Cavus & Coskunsu Law Firm since 2009. Nilüfer has been practicing as a litigation lawyer on various types of disputes, including admiralty, shipping, commercial and labour disputes. Nilüfer advises clients on contract law, company in corporation and compliance process in the scope of Law on the Protection of Personal Data.

She holds an LLM degree in Private Law from Dokuz Eylul University of which she graduated from in 2012.

She also has experience working on intellectual property disputes including patents and trademarks. The subject of her master’s thesis concerns temporary legal protections in trademark law. She is a registered trademark and patent attorney.
