İlayda Mohan is an Associate at Çavuş & Coşkunsu Law Firm. Her practice primarily focuses on maritime law and commercial law, with particular experience in P&I Club claims, marine insurance, and ship arrest procedures.

She completed her LL.M. in Maritime Law at Piri Reis University, further strengthening her expertise in international maritime disputes, carriage of goods, and disputes concerning insurance coverage under marine policies. She also contributes to the field by authoring legal articles focused on maritime and insurance law.

İlayda advises clients in matters of maritime and commercial debt recovery, with particular focus on precautionary ship arrest, enforcement proceedings, legal proceedings for the recovery of receivables.
