As founding Partner of the Firm, he is specialized in all types of commercial litigation, contractual disputes, finance and corporate matters. As one of the best litigators in Turkey, he acts on behalf on Turkish and foreign clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Burak was graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law and admitted as a qualified lawyer in 1998.
Before the foundation of Cavus & Coskunsu he had practiced maritime law for over seven years in a major law firm in Istanbul where he became a partner in 2003.
During his practice he gained extensive experience and knowledge on difficult legal matters by making a concentrated effort to obtain positive results for clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters. He acted on behalf of Turkish and foreing clients and he practiced as a consultant on domestic and foreign commercial queries.
On the other hand he worked in the field of receivables management for banks, other financial institutions and companies.
